2011 sees The Silence Kit releasing two new EPs simultaneously on April 1st, each release an exploration of a distinct side of the band's sound.

"The Stairs," originally planned as a single for "The Magician," consists of 4 concise, poppy indie rock songs, including a new version of the "The Magician." The second EP, "In Parts," is an edgier affair entirely, in which the band focused on capturing the darker side of their sound and their live energy.
